Personal Bio

Jack Overy is a Residential Loan Consultant with Caliber Funding LLC.  He has been involved in the Real Estate industry for the past 14 years working as loan officer.  What sets Jack apart from the competition is his knowledge of the market and his pursuit of staying on top of product changes so that he achieves complete customer satisfaction.

Jack graduated from Indiana University, Kelly School of Business, with a degree in finance and an emphasis in Real Estate.  His philosophy is to listen to each customer's needs and respond to those needs efficiently and effectively.  He will strive to build long-term relationships, so that as your lender, he will be with you each time your life necessitates a home change.  Many lenders ‘can get you a loan’.  His goal is to ‘get you the right loan’.  He is proud to be a loan officer for Caliber Funding LLC.  If you are looking for an experienced mortgage banker to close your loan transaction in an efficient and professional manner, look no further than Jack Overy.
